Punching Drumming (tm) a while back to an awesome classical composition by Offenbach. Officially the name is "Orpheous in the Underworld", written in 1858. Today it is more famous as the "Can Can" music. Either way, it is a real butt kicker for speed bagging. I start out here in Basic straight time punching and jump into syncopated combinations occasionally at mach speed. I needed a bit more air in this bag, or might better have chosen the 8x5 title classic which a bit smaller and faster. Either way, you'll be riding the lightning to keep up with this one. (* this was by request from some of my speed bag fans who also love classical music. There are many classical compositions that are awesome for the speed bag :-).
