• 將菜花蒸熟或煮熟至變軟 (Steam or boil the cauliflower until soft).
• 將煮熟的菜花、浸泡過的腰果、植物奶、營養酵母、玉米澱粉、檸檬汁、鹽和黑胡椒放入攪拌機中,攪拌至順滑 (Blend the cooked cauliflower, soaked cashews, plant milk, nutritional yeast, cornstarch, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth).
