Food is an intrical part of our lives, it is a comfort to us. Whatever economic background we come from most of our events are encumbered with food, the more the merrier. There are certain food items that represent holidays, family events and cultural milestones in our lives. For the most part we love food. Recently we have learned that we are not eating healthy and there are some changes in the way we eat that can increase the quality of our life as well as the longevity.

I saw this in the store and I just had to try it and I was not disappointed. This cooks up very tender and the meat had a really good flavor. This meat has many different possibilities for new recipes. I liked the way it turned out in the stir fry and I will be buying this again!
