Today I harvested fresh ingredients from my garden.
After each harvest, I usually take them to the market to sell, sometimes keeping a portion to cook simple family meals at home.
In this video, I harvest giant dark snails from an abandoned house, take them to the local market, and cook a super spicy traditional snail dish.
