X79T X79-Turbo (V4.0) - LONG LAUNCH (Long start)

Hello. I got this motherboard from aliexpress seller (link above). This motherboard has version 4.0 (on seller photos we can see other version of this motherboard). X79T ver 4.0 motherboard have`t diagnostic card (lcd) as on seller photos. Ambient LED not work! Also was cheked this mother board, It have very-very-very LONG LAUNCH (Long start). When I power on motherboard, was passed approx. 27seconds after that I can enter to setup or can be continue loading operation system. 27seconds - is a very long time! Also this motherboard was tested with different ram, video cards, power supplys, was deiconnected all external devices like hdds and cd-drives. Problem not solved. X79T ver 4.0 have very long start! This is not normal situation!
