Day 6 of the Alvord Desert to Owyhee Overland Route has us continuing along the route that we had preplaned. Unfortunately we were stopped in our tracks when we ran into some private land that had no easement. This setback meant we had to backtrack which put hurt on our fuel supplies. We decided to back out to the highway and refuel in the small town of Jordan Vallery. We then spent the rest of the day getting back to our route. We again found an absolutely epic location with breathtaking views to spend our last night on the trail.
