Path of The Ninja: Shinobigatana

The Shinobigatana (sword of the stealer-in) is a unique and powerful weapon. Unlike most swords, the Shinobigatana is designed to be utilitarian, stressing usefulness over ornamentation. Its blade ranges from 16 to 22 inches in length and is only roughly sharpened. It has a long handle for improve leverage and a large square handguard to better protect the Ninja's hands when clashing. Beyond its obvious cutting techniques, the Shinobigatana has many unorthodox abilities that further separate it from an ordinary sword. It has a very strong scabbard that can be used as a secordary weapon, a hidden compartment filled with blinding powder and a long length of cord that can be used to entangle the enemy or flail the scabbard.

Mark Steven Grove - is an accomplished martial artist with many years of study and training behind him. He developed the Kurai Kutori system of martial arts and now heads the Warrior Quest International training facility. He is also a master of Chambara (theatrical combat) and has acted as a fight choreographer and stunt performer in many films.
