In this video, we are introducing our favorite Grand Master craftsman, Ichiro Hattori, and Hattori knives. Now aged 82 years old, Master Hattori’s knife-making career extends over 60 years, but his life has always involved knife making.

The Hattori Company was established in 1971 and is located in ‘The Japanese Knife Capital’, Seki City, an area surrounded by beautiful nature. Hattori continues to diligently research and improve their knives, skills and knowledge.
