Discord just got hacked...

and there's a lot of panicked people freaking out over this Discord hack.

So I gathered my two braincells and explained what part of Discord got hacked, what Discord information got leaked, and how to keep yourself safe after this Discord hack.

BUT the hack isn't straightforward as people think, there's two major problems. Discords says the hackers were trying to extort them for a financial ransom, so your data is in the hands of some nasty people. But also Discord's breach email is misleading at best, lying at worst (in my opinion).
