A short tutorial to install Pre 20 Sep Patch & Unlock Everything (UE) Mod.
Issue: When installing Pre 20 Sep Patch and UE, you'll have the issue of partial unlock where not all of your camos/clothing/weapon attachments are unlocked.
The partial unlock issue is not present for those who do not install the Pre 20 Sep Patch and use UE.
This video is a tutorial on how to use UE if you are using the Pre 20 Sep Patch.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Pre 20 Sep and UE should be the first two mods to be installed BEFORE you install any other mods. I can explain but it would be to long, so just follow this tutorial before you proceed with installing the mods of your liking.
