Ingredients:
water
eddoes
1 cassava
1 green plantain
chicken (on the bone!)
salted beef
1 large onion
3 cloves of garlic
bay leaves
pimento corns
coconut milk
yellow Scotch Bonnet pepper
2-3 chicken stock cubes
