Can You Beat Minecraft if the Whole World is Water?

In this video I beat Minecraft, but the whole world is an ocean with no blocks.

**For anyone wondering, I placed a lily pad then placed blocks on that. That’s how I placed my first block. Also, for the wandering trader section, I had the experimental villager rebalance enabled, allowing the wandering trader to buy items.**
