Delta Force: Best CI-19 Loadout Revisited (Controller Friendly)

The CI-19 is one of the best weapons in the game, because the recoil is easy to predict and it has amazing TTK. To my surprise my last revision wasn't as effective for controller/console players, so I made this one after a lot of testing on-stream, to make sure that it's viable for PC, Console, and Mobile too. Let me know what you think of this one!
