Men get eating disorders too! Sadly there aren't many males voices out there talking about eating disorders, but Kevin wants to change that. In this video he shares his struggles with orthorexia, chewing and spitting, bulimia and binge eating and he also shares how he managed to find his way out and recover. He didn't have therapy, he didn't have an ED support network; he had to figure it out on his own, armed with a few self help books.
Nowadays he helps others to overcome disordered eating through habit formation and taking one small step at a time.
