What is Financial Freedom?

Financial freedom begins in our heart, not in our bank account. Our attitude toward finances reflects our attitude toward God and His Word. Let’s ask ourselves:

Are we stingy or generous?
Are we selfish or compassionate?
Are we angry or loving?
Are we full of fear or faith?
What is in our hearts?

As we follow and put into practice the biblical principles God has laid out for us in His Word, we experience freedom in our hearts.

”And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall
make you free.” (John 8:32)

The truth you know, apply, and put into practice will make you free.

And what does all this have to do with finances? Plenty! If our heart is free, then:

• We are no longer in bondage.
• We are free to give.
• We are free to receive.
• We are free to manage.
• Finally, we are free to love God.
