We hammer the throttle in a brand new Yamaha 195S Sport Boat. Most of the 19-foot sport boats are designed primarily for wake-sports and water-sports, but the 195S is tuned more into cruising. What really sets the 195S apart from the AR is the layout. Instead of wake oriented stadium seating, the S has a pair of swivelling bucket seats, which allow a passenger to sit facing forward next to the helm or spin around for spotting.
