But why, there are so many lives here,

We're here in the Metro Manila cemeteries.
And this is the world of the living in the world of the dead.

Let's start at the Manila North Cemetery.

The Pasay public cemetery covers only 3.6 hectares, less than one percent of the total land area of Pasay City.

Since it opened in 1934, it is said that approximately 50,000 people have been buried here, along with hundreds of residents, some of whom had lived in this area for decades.
