Today’s session was all about bringing balance, symmetry, and control. Focused on controlled reps, clean form, and really hitting those stubborn areas that need extra volume.
Workout Breakdown:
• Close-Grip Bench / Dips — 4×6–8
• Barbell Curls — 4×10–12
• Rope Overhead Extensions — 3×12–15
• Incline DB Curls — 3×12
• Cable Pushdowns — 3×15–20
• Lateral Raises / Rear Delts — 4×15–20
• Calves — 4×15–20
