This is my first time trying to make a tutorial video. It was filled with frustrations! Dropping things, tripping over words, even putting a ring on the wrong scale at one point. I tried to edit out some of that junk but, some is still there.
This tutorial is about making scale armor using the type of scales sold by The Ring Lord, and probably other places. Could be adapted to other types of scales too I am sure. I'm using butted rings and aluminum scales to make costume grade armor, if you want something that can get bashed by a blunt broadsword you'd want to use different materials.
Hopefully this video is of some use to people, I'll try to make more eventually.. and constantly improve the quality if I can!
