ନୂଆପଡ଼ା ଉପ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା କଂଗ୍ରେସର ତମାମ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ନେତା ବିଧାୟକ ସାଂସଦ ପୂର୍ବତନ ସଭାପତିମାନେ ଡେରା ପକାଇଛନ୍ତି ନୂଆପଡ଼ାରେ। ଦିନ ଦିନ ଧରି ଗାଁକୁ ଗାଁ ବୁଲୁଛନ୍ତି କଂଗ୍ରେସ ନେତା। ନୂଆପଡ଼ା NACରେ ଥିବା ଖୁଣ୍ଟିଆ ଭବନରେ ଦଳର ସମସ୍ତ ନେତା ଏକାଠି ହୋଇ ତିଆରି କରୁଛନ୍ତି ବିଜୟର ନୀଳ ନକ୍ସା । ସେଠାରେ ପହଞ୍ଚି ଥିଲା ସମାଜ ଲାଇଭର ଟିମ୍ ପରଖି ଥିଲା ରଣନୀତି ତାପମାତ୍ରା।

All the senior leaders of Odisha Congress, MLAs, MPs and former presidents have camped in Nuapada for the Nuapada by-election. Congress leaders have been roaming from village to village for days.
