We visited early morning to try their Beef Varattu and Kozhi Perattu with Kerala Parotta, and also got to witness the traditional firewood cooking process done by Franklin Chettan’s wife and her helper. While the Kozhi Perattu was delicious, the standout dish was the Beef Varattu, rich in flavour and perfectly paired with soft Kerala parotta—making this a must-watch for lovers of Trivandrum street food, thattukada food, and authentic Kerala cuisine.
