Hello everyone, and welcome to our channel, The Getaway Zone!
This episode is a little different as it’s a short 20-minute episode and it’s a week early. We put it up early as it’s a short video showing some gems for free camps and one paid camp within an easy drive to the Spirit of Tasmania terminal at Geelong.
We begin this episode at a free camp on the Campaspe River near Bendigo as we continue our travel towards the Spirit of Tasmania. From there we travel to the Geelong area and stop at the camp sites mentioned below. All three sites are within a 40-minute drive of the SOT terminal located at Geelong and are ideal spots to base yourself before catching the big red boat over Bass Straight.
We will return to our normal episodes next fortnight.
