Any time I feel like impressing my guests or loved ones, I make a vibrant and beautiful seafood boil platter. This recipe is so quick and easy to put together. 1.5 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp brown sugar

1/4 to 1/2 cup minced garlic depending on your preferrence
1 tsp louisiana hot sauce
