These are so delicious! They are crispy in the outside and chewy in the inside. You get the sweetness from the white chocolate chips and a nice tang from the dried cranberries! I think you will enjoy these cookies!
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter...room temp
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 t vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Bake 350 8 to 10 min
