THAI APSIR WATERFALL.
Langhemphi which falls under Socheng constituency of KAAC has a body of water's steep fall over a rocky ledge into a plunge pool below which needs to be taken care of by the Tourism dept. of KAAC.And yes,the name and fame that has already thrilled us is the THAI APSIR WATERFALL.
Mr Thangsing Timung Hon'ble General Secretary of KSA Central Executive Committee who is also known as A MAN WITH MANY QUALITIES and the pioneer of the water fall consented to grace the Annual Get Together of KSA Hamren Regional Committee at Thai Apsir,Langhemphi for the sake of exploring the water fall.
While articulating his interest for promoting Tourism in West Karbi Anglong Mr Timung said that KAAC has very big role to play in this regard and urged the team Karbi Anglong under the leadership of Mr Tuliram Ronghang Hon'ble CEM KAAC to pay attention to the said water fall.He added that a huge number of revenue can be collected from the tourist spot and at the same time our inter-state border shall be secured if proper road connectivity and constructive maintenance could be done at the earliest.
