Boss 3 “Fours” Position

This position involves doing

-Buttons
-Cogs
-Breaking Lava (Matching the cog that you did)
-Letters/Alphabet
-Negotiators 1 shot at the end

*Buttons*

With this you will start off moving starting color, also known as the “freebie”. This can be either yellow or blue. Once on the console of that color you wait for the diagnostics person to hold the button and hold when the group is ready. This will start boss 3. After every color you make your way to red. If red has occurred after the “ freebie” it will not occur again until the other 2 phases are done (yellow and blue). With this listening to the person doing diagnostics is key to know where to go. After you have pressed 2 buttons after the “freebie”, (3 if you got a fire phase) you will make your way back to red for a fire check. If the diagnostics person says your clear and it’s either blue or yellow it’s time for cogs.

*Cogs*

Within the video you will hear little clicks as I am holding the butting to move the cogs. Each on of the clicks counts a 1. A minimum the cogs can give a count to is 5 on each side. I like to start right away on each side with 5 clicks. Then do a quarter turn giving me 1 click each time. Once you hear a lock sound you know you are done. If you are unsure that you locked in the cog just tap the interact button and you will hear the lock once more. If not that means you have not completed it.

*Breaking Lava (Matching the cog that you did)*

Now that you are done with your cogs it is now time to break open the lava in order to move forward in the encounter. On the ground floor of the color you did your cogs you will see little pac man’s lighting up shoot them and it will open up. DO NOT BREAK UNTIL THE BOSS SPAWNS. This does not apply if you did main door cogs and breaking it. You will then wait for diagnostics to set a trap for the boss and break on the break call. If broken early on a lava other than main door lava, you will spawn the boss on red yellow or blue yellow which is not ideal. Breaking Lava involves a very simple combination. A dps build and a decoy. Throw the decoy behind you so the ads get distracted and give you free reign on the lava. Yep, that is it. If you would like to know what I did in the video I used a regulus (can use a d50 pistol to replace) paired with the dodge city holster and a Achilles pulse. Pop the pulse on the lava and shoot your pistol very simple.

*Letters/Alphabet*

With letters this is a very important position. With this you have to communicate with the person doing diagnostics. The person doing diagnostics is going to tell you which letter valves on the main deck you will need to shoot up or down. You can see the letter matching the valve below the letter. In the video you will see me shoot the OPPOSITE way. Shooting up and down will have to be shot from the left side. Doing it faster and run through it will be shot on the right side of the cog which will mean you need to shoot it backwards and reverse of what they tell you (ignore this if you are not wanting to go fast if you wish to do it normal shoot from the left side of the cog and you can do it as they say).

* Negotiators 1 shot at the end*

If your curious as to how I one shot the boss at the end it’s easier said than done. You will need a negotiators build. Involving 4p negotiators with dodge city and sacrifice chest piece. Get the build to 60% Crit chance on your pistol and add headshot where you can. You NEED a ravenous. Double stacking a rav blue as you see in the video will add dmg to armor plates will give you enough dmg to one shot the boss. (Again easier said than done but looking at the video is a lot easier than looking at text GL)
