Many online entrepreneurs give very little thought to naming their business. They come up with a great idea, and brainstorm a few names, and then go with it.

For a variety of reasons, this is a very bad strategy from a legal perspective. In today's video I talk about 5 of the biggest mistakes I see business client's make when coming up with a name for their business, brand or product offerings.
