Marinade
1-2 lbs Chuck Beef
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2-1 tsp pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 tbsp soy sauce
seasoning salt
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Let marinate 3-24 hours
1/2 red bell pepper (diced)
1/2 green bell pepper (diced)
1/2 med onion (diced)
2-3 cloves garlic (minced)
4-6 cups Beef or Chicken broth
Season to taste. Let simmer for 1 - 1 1/2 hours....or until tender ❤️
