ABOUT THIS VIDEO: Most reviews just cook frozen fries. I wanted to see if this machine could handle a full day of healthy eating. I tested the precision with breakfast, raced against my oven for lunch, and addressed the biggest complaint—the size—during dinner. We test the "Air Crisp" technology on chicken and salmon, and I expose the truth about the ceramic coating claim.

📋 THE 24-HOUR MENU (RECIPES):

08:00 AM - The Precision Test Menu: "Macro Toast" (Egg, Spinach, Tomato on Whole wheat Bread). Result: 350°F for 6 mins. Verdict: Perfect precision (runny yolk, crispy toast).

01:00 PM - The Speed Test Menu: Crispy Chicken Bites & Blistered Green Beans. Result: 400°F for 10 mins. Verdict: Golden outside, juicy inside. Much faster than preheating an oven.

07:00 PM - The Capacity Test Menu: Roast Dinner (Salmon, Sweet Potato, Zucchini, Yellow Squash). Result: Roast Mode (Cooked in stages). Verdict: Tight fit, but feeds 2 people if you are creative with the stacking.
