We use the online tool Plant Genome Duplication Database (link given below) and TBTool to calculate the synonymous (ka) and nonsynonymous (ks) substitution rate and their ratio of duplicated genes in the family. Find the positive selection within the family genes. We also try to find the segmental and tandem duplication between two genes within the family.
