Lions in this clip: Mum, aka F70, daughter Astarte and the two new males, Darker-mane and Blonder-mane.
Problem 1: Astarte is still young and keeps returning to Mum
Problem 2: Darker-mane is dominant over Blonder-mane and also jealous.
Lions don't mate just once. When a lioness is in heat, and a male is willing, it comes to a "mating session" that can last 4 or more days, 24 hours a day with 2 to 3 matings every hour.
