sorry this ended up so long... the initial recording was an hour long but like half of it was me pausing to think and saying the same thing three times coz I messed up :/ I did manage to cut it down to (just) under half an hour tho...
I was thinking I might upload a normal video this week too but this took a surprising amount of time and effort so new video will be next week!
