Full playthrough of Mega Man X, all capsules (including secret capsule)
Secret Capsule: must have all heart tanks, sub tanks, basic capsules, boss weapons (and many lives to spare). Not sure if your subtanks need to be full, but I filled them anyway.
Play through Armored Armadillo's stage normally. Clear the big jump at the end and climb up the ledge (where the energy is).
Jump into the large pit, which will kill you; rinse and repeat. On the 5th try, the capsule should be up there. You will receive the Hadouken fireball from Street Fighter II, which can only be done at full health (to perform, press: Down, Forward, Y)
