Elvira and the Party Monsters (Bally 1989)- Pinball FX - Jackpot and ELVIRA 3 Million!

I've played the VPW and a previous version of Scared Stiff a lot, so did not feel like giving that a go again in FX. This table is new to be, but it sounded and felt a bit familiar because it is an Elvira, and because I recognised some sounds, the vibe of the music, and the monsters that reminded me of Dr Dude and The Party Zone. Either way, it is quite a fun table, but not too complicated, like many tables of this era. Because it is not too complicated, it can get pretty boring if it is not too challenging. I would say this FX Classic Realistic Physics isn't all that challening. This was my first proper game after setting up, and without knowing what I needed to do, I managed to get a few Jackpots, and got 3 million from the ELVIRA hurry-up. I'll likely not easily play it again as I feel like I've achieved what there is to achieve, and don't want to spend hours to try and get a top score. Either way... not a bad version, just a bit too easy ;-)

My basic aim with any tips and strategy gameplay video I post is to help the viewer improve his skill in the game and on the specific table. I do this by identifying the safest and most efficient strategy to follow to play through the modes and to reach and beat the wizard mode. This is admittedly not always the most efficient way to achieve a high score, but once you understand the table, including which shots and modes are worth it or not, it puts you in the position where you can concentrate on what you have identified as the best approach to reaching a high score.
