This video is from the series about Shotokan Kata in which we are going to demonstrate Heian Sandan (平安三段, Peaceful mind Third Level, Okinawa - Pinan Sandan) kata bunkai. Demonstrates by Alexandr Matiushevskij (7 Dan) and Igor Kuzmenko (4 Dan). In this video, we demonstrate our interpretation of the bunkai of this kata, based on repeated practice of kumite techniques and analysis of older versions of this kata.
