My first act as mayor will be to ban parade candy.
P.S. I don’t know if we were actually penalized for not throwing out candy but why else wouldn’t we have won?
In this vlog, we take you along as we find a Christmas tree in the wild for our Forest Friends Homeschool float in the Paducah Christmas parade. Emily wrestles with her decade-long aversion to passing out parade candy. Jason is way too excited about his new chainsaw, and somehow it all turns into this really sweet little picture of coming together as a community.
