FANUC America Authorized System Integrator ARM Automation has developed Robo-Rivet, an automated blind fastening system ideal for manufacturers seeking to increase part throughput, boost productivity and enhance operator safety while decreasing operational overhead. The Robo-Rivet system is the only tool specifically designed for high-volume, high-speed placement of "structural blind fasteners" found in automotive, aerospace and other demanding transportation sectors.

This compact joining solution provides an actively controlled and highly repeatable fastening process for improved joint quality through the use of extremely accurate robotics from FANUC. Using robotic technology, the system is capable of fastening the most complex of structures.
