Living Snow Fences

This month's forum discusses current programs for landowners to establish snow fences from Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) to MN Department of Transportation (MnDOT). Gary Wyatt also talks about different types of snow fences and the tree/shrub species used for living snow fences.
