James Project: Whole House Cleanup - Week 2 | House Flip Series

During the first week of the James Flip Project, our primary focus was on performing a complete interior and exterior cleanup of the property. This included removing all leftover furniture, debris, and personal items from the previous owner, as well as clearing out the basement, attic, and garage. We hauled away several loads of trash and construction waste to prepare for the upcoming renovation phases. Overgrown shrubs and weeds were trimmed back to improve curb appeal, and all rooms were swept, vacuumed, and disinfected to establish a clean working environment. This initial cleanup sets the foundation for inspections, planning, and the next stages of demolition and remodeling.
