VW, Skoda Fabia, Roomster: Blower fan does not work at speed 1, 2, 3 or 4. Replace the fan resistor!

If you having problems with your blower fan on Skoda Fabia, Roomster and you noticeda that A/C Heater Blower Control Fan Switch does not operate at high speed (1, 2, 3 or 4), maybe you have to replace the fan resistor.
