‪@CodieSanchezCT‬ is on a mission to create 1 million financially free humans through business ownership, and it looks like she’s going to accomplish that very thing. But that’s not why I invited her onto the podcast. I invited her on because the businesses she invests in are unglamorous, unsexy, and boring. They are by no means among the careers most people are told they should aspire to. Through Main Street Hold Co. and Contrarian Thinking Capital, Codie and her partners buy and invest in Main Street businesses. Dirty Jobs, in other words. And they are absolutely killing it.

This is a really fun chat that zigs and zags like most of my conversations, but it’s also filled with advice I think a lot of people could benefit from. Her success is a reflection of her personal story, and her story is one that most people will relate to.
