This lesson is all about the epic guitar solo masterpiece from Dio's "The Last In Line" as played by guitarist Vivian Campbell. This thing is like hot molten lava oozing out of Viv's fingertips.

Because the solo is on the longer side I recommend taking it in small chunks and memorizing each "chunk" before moving on, otherwise you'll get frustrated. Be patient and give it some time to sink in. This is probably a top 3 or 4 Vivian solo for me...it's amazeballs!

The fast runs are an approximation of what Vivian played on the album and I've noticed he does change things up a little bit live, so don't sweat too much over getting every note exactly right with those fast flurries, it's the attitude and idea that makes it work.
