The making of a tooled vegetable tanned leather pocket knife slip case. In this video I show the process of how I make this leather pocketknife case from start to finish. From cutting out the leather, tooling the basket weave design, applying dye/finish and saddle stitching the case together. I use 1.8 mm vegetable tanned leather lined with .5 mm pig skin to keep the inside of the case clean and the knife protected.
