How to Play Harry Potter UNO!!!

Hello everyone! I hope the video was a very helpful guide on how to play Harry Potter UNO! It's quite similar to regular UNO except the cards are pictured different and there's an additional special card.

Around 01:19 and and 2:17 the video stated that the +2 and +4 cards could be stacked. Stacking means that one player can place a +2 card and the next player can stack another +2 if they have one. This goes until a player doesn't have a +2 card, then, that means they have to add up all the +2 cards and draw that amount. Ex. a player plays a +2 card and the next player plays a +2 card, but the third player does not have a +2 card. Then the third player has to draw 4 cards. The same rules apply to +4 stacking. Some people also play where you can stack both +2 and +4.
