#TheBigStory | MMDA General Manager and former PNP chief Gen. Nicolas Torre III said he was contacted by a priest seeking help for a witness, who happened to be former Public Works Undersecretary Roberto Bernardo.
Torre added he advised Bernardo to apply to the DOJ’s Witness Protection Program and said he has no authority to refer him to an active-duty PNP officer.
