दिल्ली में झुग्गी-झोपड़ियों में रहने वाले लाखों लोगों के लिए पक्के घर देने की कोशिश में दो बड़ी योजनाएं हैं। कठपुतली कॉलोनी में 2,800 फ्लैट्स का प्रोजेक्ट, जहां डीडीए जल्द चाबियां सौंपेगा, और 50,000 फ्लैट्स जो खंडहर बन गए थे, अब दिल्ली सरकार इन्हें ठीक कर गरीबों को देगी। कठपुतली कॉलोनी कलाकारों के लिए खास है, जबकि 50,000 फ्लैट बड़े पैमाने पर हैं। दोनों योजनाओं में देरी और चुनौतियां रहीं, लेकिन 2025 में प्रगति दिख रही है। क्या दिल्ली सचमुच झुग्गी-मुक्त होगी?
