The band's secret weapon is widely known to be bassist Steve Harris, who is the absolute driving force behind every Iron Maiden song, album, and live show. In this track, I listen to "To Tame A Land" from the 1983 studio album "Piece Of Mind" and focus on Steve's plucking techniques, his signature Fender Precision Bass tone, and dissect how Iron Maiden add so much color with their unique use of note and chord choices.
