More than two decades after the Rwandan genocide, two of the country's former mayors are in the dock, facing charges of crimes against humanity. Octavien Ngenzi and Tito Baharia go on trial in Paris this Tuesday, accused of inciting the massacre of hundreds of Tutsis in a church in the eastern town of Kabarondo in April 1994. They deny the accusations. This comes two years after the landmark trial in France of a former Rwandan official, who was sentenced to 25 years behind bars.
