The Perfect 3.5” Sub-250g FPV Drone Build!!

This is my first-ever FPV build video on YouTube — and honestly, it’s been one hell of a ride.

Building a true sub-250g 3.5” FPV quad is way harder than it looks.
A lot of brands claim they have one… but once you add a real HD system, things stop being legit real fast.

So instead of compromising, I decided to build my own — based on an open-source project, tuned around real-world flying, not marketing numbers.

Meet El Diablo.
A sub-250g build that’s actually usable, durable, and flies the way a 3.5” should.

No magic.
No fake specs.
Just engineering, testing, and a lot of trial & error.
