I have been wanting to run a 24 hour outdoor fridge test for awhile. In this video I track the power consumption of two of my favorite 12v fridges, the ICECO VL45 and the SetPower RV45s.
Both fridges were set at 34F degrees on the control panel. The peak temperature during the test was 93F in the middle of the day, with lows in the mid 70s overnight. The testing was conducted outdoors, trying to avoid direct sunlight for the best results. The sun did hit the fridges for about 2 hours during the day. I was surprised with the test results!
